🎯 When you’re not happy, say goodbye to the unhappy thought and replace it with a happy thought.

By doing this, you are training your brain to be happy. Eventually, you will start having more and more happy thoughts instead of sad ones. Not all events in life are happy ones, for instance when a loved one passes. Instead of being sad that they are gone, remember some of the good times that you both shared. Studies have shown that happier people live longer and more productive lives.
